Job Description:
- Responsible for the success of the indoor farming cultivation process, including preparation until postharvest stage.
- Ensuring that the packed produce meets quality standards and is prepared correctly for shipment or storage.
- Accurately recording and reporting on all aspects of the postharvest process.
- Collaborating with the broader farming team to continuously improve our hydroponic operations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise with the hydroponic equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in hydroponic or greenhouse crop production, with a strong understanding of plant science and horticulture.
- Essential for accurate sorting, packing, and labelling to maintain product quality.
- The ability to work effectively with other team members and follow instruction.
- Has experience in fruit packing house is plus.
