Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Kotlin for Android.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability to meet enterprise-level standards.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement intuitive and user-friendly mobile experiences.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions in both development and production environments.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD integration.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to growing a strong mobile engineering culture.
- Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends, Flutter ecosystem updates, and enterprise best practices.
- Manage app deployment and updates on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 4–5 years of overall mobile development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.
- Strong understanding of Flutter best practices, widget lifecycle, and custom UI development.
- Experience integrating APIs and web services into mobile applications.
- Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, branching strategies).
- Familiar with the app release process for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with native development using Kotlin or Swift
