Job Description:
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work meets quality standards and design specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues on site.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, budgets, and any risks or delays.
- Maintain accurate site records including daily logs, work schedules, material use, and inspection reports.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years experience in construction supervision, preferably in infrastructure, buildings, or industrial projects.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and basic project scheduling tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, good problem-solving and time management abilities, fluent in English (oral & written).
- Available to work in usual hours when required (weekend, evening, public holidays).
- Project Location: Papua Site Project – DP KCP & Biogas.
