ADMIN MARKETING SUPPORT STAFF PAPER CORE

Job Description:

  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders (PO) from customers.
  • Ensure all required documents (invoice, delivery order, packing list) are complete and accurate.
  • Data analysis for product development and sales.
  • Have experience in the field of paper cores/cones.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, quotations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.

 

Qualification:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of basic sales and marketing processes.
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Basic understanding of paper or packaging industry products is a plus.
