Job Description:
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders (PO) from customers.
- Ensure all required documents (invoice, delivery order, packing list) are complete and accurate.
- Data analysis for product development and sales.
- Have experience in the field of paper cores/cones.
- Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, quotations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Qualification:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic sales and marketing processes.
- Strong administrative and data entry skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Basic understanding of paper or packaging industry products is a plus.
