CONSTRUCTION MARKETING MANAGER

Qualification:

  • Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing Management/Architecture, Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
  • Has experience in handling large-scale project tenders (private/government/State-Owned Enterprises).
  • Able to prepare technical and commercial proposal documents for construction projects.
  • Understands the detailed processes of construction projects: tender, RAB, contract, and project execution.
  • Masters the negotiation and finalization process of work contracts.
  • Able to prepare and implement construction project marketing strategies.
  • Analyzes market trends, competitors, and short-term & long-term business development opportunities.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Has business relations with EPC Companies and Main Contractors.
  • Having a portfolio of successful strategic project wins will be an added advantage.

 

Job Description:

  • Seeking and establishing relationships with potential new clients, both companies and individuals.
  • Looking for potential new projects.
  • Conducting visits to the private sector to obtain information on potential projects.
  • Proactively providing support and fast feedback on client needs.
  • Gathering market information and providing input for marketing strategies.
  • Handling inquiries, price quotations, and contracts.
  • Preparing and submitting price offers (quotations) according to client needs.
  • Coordinating with the technical team and project management to ensure the smooth process of tender offers until project implementation.
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients for repeat orders and referrals.
  • Achieving targeted sales volumes and turnover that have been set by the company.
  • Participating in tender processes (if required) and preparing supporting documents.
  • Conducting presentations and negotiating work contracts.
    Understanding trends and competitors in the construction industry.
