Job Description:
- Conduct marketing and sales activities for paper core/ paper cone product to existing customers and potential new clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industrial sectors.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term business relationship with customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits for product presentations, negotiations and evaluations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor, pricing movements, and customer needs to support effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales within the paper core/ paper cone industry.
- Strong experience handling B2B industrial customers.
- Strong understanding of paper core products, market characteristics, and industrial customer behavior.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
