Administration of Sales (Building Material)

Job Description:

  • Handle sales administration activities for building materials and general items.
  • Communicate and coordinate with forwarding/shipping companies to arrange delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and control shipment documents, delivery status, and payment status.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts, and maintain communication with buyers and factories.
  • Handle import administration activities for building materials, including related documentation and coordination.

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or related administrative roles.
  • Experience in FMCG or building materials industry is preferred.
  • Manage operational data using SAP.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
