Job Description:
- Handle sales administration activities for building materials and general items.
- Communicate and coordinate with forwarding/shipping companies to arrange delivery schedules.
- Monitor and control shipment documents, delivery status, and payment status.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, and maintain communication with buyers and factories.
- Handle import administration activities for building materials, including related documentation and coordination.
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or related administrative roles.
- Experience in FMCG or building materials industry is preferred.
- Manage operational data using SAP.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
