PLYWOOD ADMIN STAFF

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain good and professional relationships with customers.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective buyers and existing customers.
  • Develop and refine negotiation strategies plywood product presentations.
  • Email correspondence with customers, forwarding towards factory production department.
  • Handling export documents from start to final payment.
  • Preparing sales contract.
  • Other administrative activities.

 

Qualification:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the plywood export industry.
  • Bachelor degree in related major.
  • Understanding regulations and certifications about plywood.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word dan PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
