Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations. Ensure construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Ensure proper documentation for material approvals, method statements, and test reports.
- Analyze quality performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor the use of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, construction or a related fields).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC in construction projects.
- Knowledge of international quality standards e.g. ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant QA/QC standards, familiarity with inspection tools, quality management systems, and relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
- Available to work in usual hours when required (weekend, evening, public holidays).
