Job Requierements:

• Prepare and set up meeting material for BoD.

• Ensure all schedule of BoD are properly arranged.

• Good communication in english both oral and written.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
