HRD Generalist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, particularly within the paper or palm oil industries.
  • Certification in HR or industrial relations is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on payroll, BPJS, insurance, and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling labor disputes and cases through to the courtroom.
  • Strong knowledge of organization development and employee recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with K3 regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle labor relations, resolve disputes, and manage cases through to legal resolution if needed. Address and manage various industrial and employee-related cases, including resolving disputes and navigating legal proceedings.
  • Administer payroll processes, ensure timely and accurate compensation, and handle related queries.
  • Manage BPJS (Social Security) and insurance benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing employee concerns.
  • Implement and support organizational development initiatives, including employee training and development programs.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employment documentation such as contracts, attendance records, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with K3 regulations, promote workplace safety, and conduct safety training.
